As a Consumer
TQR creates a 13-digit Primary Key (PK) on your browser for accessing TQR services. You may have earned reward or event tokens from some of the services. Unless you record your PK, if you accidentally clear your browser cache or use a different device, we cannot retrieve this information since you are anonymous. By registering on tqrtoken.com, you associate your PK with information such as email or a pin known by you.
Go to <CountryCode>.tqrtoken.net (e.g. sg.tqrtoken.net) and click on Register Key. Then choose any one of the methods to associate your PK.
OR
Click on the Save Tokens button when you scan a business's Reward View QR, then choose any one of the methods to store your primary key.
We can retrieve your PK if you have backed it up with a PIN or Email on our website.
For users who registered on tqrtoken.com, log in and recover your primary key on your browser here.
For guest users that have submitted an email or PIN to record the primary key, kindly email us at support@tqrtoken.com.
TQR creates a 13-digit PK on your device browser for accessing TQR services. If you are using another device (phone, tablet or computer), the same ID has to be added to that device's browser.

You can only see the record of tokens from all vendors if you have registered a user account on our website. For logged-in users, go to My Page.
Before you clear your browser cache, follow FAQ #1 and #2.
Private browsers never save any cache and cookies, so you can not use TQR services with private browsers.
As a Vendor
TQR creates a 13-digit PK on your browser for accessing TQR services. Unless you record your PK, if you accidentally clear your browser cache or use a different device, we cannot retrieve this information since you are anonymous. By registering on tqrtoken.com, you create an account with your PK.
For Vendors using the TQR Frictionless Reward product, go to the reward portal and click on the Register Account button to register.
