1. What is Primary Key (PK)? Why should I note it down?

TQR provides an anonymous primary key (PK) on a computing device's internet browser as an identity for creating and accessing services on TQR's online platform. The user's device can interact with TQR apps through NFC, QR code or AR objects.

This PK is similar to your "login name" on other websites.

Many services do not require registration on the TQR website, and you may remain anonymous. The tokens that you earned and burned are associated with your PK. If you clear your browser cache, there's no way for us to retrieve your primary key unless you remember it.

Primary Key Manager - Manage Your Primary Key

To prevent lost of tokens, we strongly suggest you record your unique primary key. Go to .tqrtoken.net (e.g. sg.tqrtoken.net) and click on the 'MANAGE ....' button at the bottom of the page.

You can remain anonymous by storing your PK in the Notes section of your own contact card.

2. What are the benefits of registering on tqrtoken.com? How to register on tqrtoken.com?

Accepted Answer

By registering on tqrtoken.com, you associate your PK with information such as email or a pin known by you. We can help you retrieve your PK once you change your device or lost your PK.

Click on the Save Tokens button when you scan a business's Reward View QR, then choose any one of the methods to store your primary key.

3. How can I recover my Primary Key (PK) or tokens?

We can retrieve your PK if you have backed it up with a PIN or Email on our website.

For users who registered on tqrtoken.com, log in and recover your primary key on your browser through My Account/Reset PK.

For guest users who have submitted an email or PIN to record the primary key, kindly email us at support@tqrtoken.com.

If you record your PK yourself, you can recover your PK in the Primary Key Manager.

4. Why can't I see my tokens on another device or browser?

TQR provides an anonymous primary key (PK) on a computing device's internet browser as an identity for creating and accessing services on TQR's online platform. The tokens that you earned and burned are associated with your PK. If you are using another device (phone, tablet or computer), the same PK has to be used. You can recover your PK in the Primary Key Manager.

For registered users or guest users that store your PK with PIN on our website, you may refer to FAQ #3.

5. How do I see the tokens I earned from every vendors?

Accepted Answer

You can only see the record of tokens from all vendors if you have registered a user account on our website. For logged-in users, go to My Page.

6. Can I clear my browser cache? Can I use a private browser?

Accepted Answer

Before you clear your browser cache, follow FAQ #1, #2 and #3.

Private browsers never save any cache and cookies, so you can not use TQR services with private browsers.
